Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping coverage
We currently ship to destinations within Malaysia. If your delivery address falls outside our shipping coverage, we may not be able to fulfil your order.
Delivery timeframe
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote areas may require additional time.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details (where available) so you can follow your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays. We will do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.
